Her support staff was amazing and super attentive in the weeks leading up to surgery.
Logistics were very well planned.
The hospital she operated in was brand new. She took plenty of time with me to draw out the transplant areas, and took into consideration my facial symmetry, location of my nose and jaw line and made sure that the whole picture was right. My biggest fear going into this was that the end result would look obvious/fake, but judging from the results so far, it looks very natural.
She made me super comfortable and looped in an anesthesiologist to ensure I didn't feel any pain. I would highly recommend this additional service because I've heard from other folks that it can be a painful procedure.
She and her team have been very available to me since the procedure, which is super super important. The hotel they put me up in after the procedure was awesome; it's brand new and is similar to 4-seasons.
I've had surgery in Beverly Hills, go to nice med spas for Botox etc., and this experience tracks with that.
